So far I've found one good online game that you can actually earn some money from playing. That game is Exodus 3000.

You move around the game's giant map, trying to collect Mars Dollars, gain settlements, purchase upgrades, and form alliances. You are given 250 moves per day, and when you reach a certain number of Mars Dollars (the currency used in the game), you can trade them in for real money.
I recommend getting the first radar upgrade as soon as possible, because it will greatly increase your number of Mars Dollars.
The game has a very active forum to ask questions in, and an awsome referal program. By telling others about the game, you can earn more moves and even prizes like Amazon gift certificates. It is by far the coolest paying online game I have found. No age requirements.
